Yoga and Surf Retreat led by Carolina Benzi and Daniele Moscardini. Suitable for all surfing levels—beginner to intermediate—and a perfect opportunity to delve into traditional meditation techniques, embodiment, yin, and restorative yoga.
In October 2024, I am organizing a yoga retreat in Lanzarote. It will be entirely dedicated to yoga, the study of philosophy and mantras, particularly the Bhagavad Gita and the concept of ‘Dharma.’ We will stay in a beautiful eco-villa in the heart of Timanfaya National Park, practicing in a stunning shala overlooking a cactus garden. All food will be organic and prepared by our private vegan chef.
