I’m a senior yoga teacher and teacher trainer, with over a decade of experience, passionate about creating inclusive spaces where all bodies are honored. As a freediver and breathwork educator, I bring a deep connection to the breath in everything I teach. I founded NALU: Mind Body Surf, a yoga and surf school in Fuerteventura, and I lead Yoga Teacher Trainings, retreats and workshops around the world. With a background in Cultural Studies and Gender Policies, I also collaborate with companies on Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and corporate wellness programs. There was a moment when I looked in the mirror and said, ‘I want more. I want to feel alive, to live immersed in Nature.’ I left behind the academic path I’d been shaping, packed my bags, and headed to India. It was a leap into the unknown, away from safety but towards my true self. What felt like a free fall at the time has turned out to be the best decision I’ve ever made. Today, I live a life that’s connected to nature, movement, and the deep spiritual seeking I had once suppressed.
